Yet, we see that the world of private law practice is filled with lawyers who are weighed down by unhealthy cultures and practices, under the pretense that such is required by the “business” of law.

Because we believe that change happens from the bottom up and that culture is changed by creating more of it, our solutions and services are aimed at entrepreneurial teams of lawyers (typically, 3-20 individuals) who are getting started, getting organized, or seeking to grow and take their law venture to the next level.
